Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a very gentle skin stretching technique that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system cleanses proteins, mutated cells, viruses, and dead cells through various pathways in the body.

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Gentle massage techniques can increase comfort, reduce swelling and edema, and reduce stress. (For Pre/Post Natal MLD, please book as MLD)

Customized to your needs.  This massage uses short and long strokes to guide your body to a relaxed and blissful state. Sessions may also aid with your mental and emotional health, as it calms the mind and settles the nervous system. Pressure will be light to medium range, no deep pressure. Option to focus on specific areas of body.
